Need Custom 1/4 Window Decal

I'm in need of a custom WickedStangs banner to completely fill up my rear quarter window on my vert.

The size should be 11" wide by 2" tall.
The color should be red.

Emilio, do you think you can make this happen?
I've already got the decal rendered the correct size. I can email you the photoshop file if you'd like.
