Need help picking out the right parts for improving my mustang.

I have a 2005 V6 mustang and want to put a cold air intake in it along with some hedders and a new exhaust system. I would like to dual it out, and want to know what would be some good parts to go with for the best sound and performance. Its pushing 240 tq so looking to beef up the hp some more... Any help is greatly appreciated.

my opnion and x pipe is an e pipe u could go MAC to but ur looking for a duel exhaust so idk u have to look at that option to

k&n CAI is pretty good and does add pretty good hp.
