I'm not gonna spend the money on my truck Phil has on his car just for one race. It's not worth it to me. But I'll do my best to get down the track in one piece and have a reaction time better than 5 minutes! LOL

I agree with mav. I think there should be awards for time slips. Has to be proved or at least witness by other members of club. poster of month sounds good but would be hard for staff to keep track of..
I dont agree with adding anything negative. If that is the case we should add a Forum racer award for they guys who never make it to a track event but always like to put there two cents in the pot, along with a dyno queen award. Lot diffrent on a track where you put the power to ground for a timeslip then a print out saying you have all the hp in world on a roller

well on modular depot there are guys running 11s in the quarter with like 280hp and 4.56 gears. that doesnt impress me either.
Didnt know you still wanted to race. If you like to do it at the Mustangs vs. crapmaro event. We can do it with me on street tune. I would like to do best out of 3 but If you are making one pass I am running force induction as well.

Is that even possible? Does anyone know? I know gears help but not that much! 4:56 you will run out unless you have a high reving moter or shifting into 5th going through traps in 1/4. It takes at least 300hp from what are W.S pres. says to break into 12's

which reminds me i got a z28 that wants to race you. its a 2002z28. bone stock ls1, just an intake and slp throttle body, headers and stall converter, minor suspension work. just turned an 11.60 at famosa on drag radials. dynoed 308hp at the dyno day.
Sure if he is at the event be more than happy too. I know of a C/S s197 that the guy would like to race you as well. Has 265 pirellis from factory on back. The typical stuff ford gives with c/s. CAI, springs,axcel backs. He has a 100 shot. I think he dynoed 362 not sure on numbers but it does have a automatic. NO stall nothing tricky. Just going to use drag radials.

I know his sits lower than yours and it has 18's. Sits just like mine. His came with a CAI, and ford racing axcel backs. I seen the car many times. He did my Nos install. I will see if he will bring it out to one of our events and show you. It has 3:31's CAI and axcelbacks

The California Special will look lower because the front bumper is about 2 inches different, The 18"s are what I have, and it cant be much lower than mine. Mine is almost 2 inches now...It isnt stock but can be bought that way from Ford....

It says Larger air intake but that is the opening in the front not the stock air box. it says it sits lower but it is not "Lowered" it is lower because of the Chin spoiler 1.5".....
