with a driver mod, the possiblitiies are endless.

more horsepower doesn't mean much if that person can't drive worth a damn

I don't think he was referring to you, Yose.

I don't think you need any mod with your driving. I think you are doing just fine what you doing now!

I would like to keep it IRS but it just really depends on what I end up doing. If I build the engine for a 2.8 H Kenny Bell then I would more or less have to build up a good 9 inch drag set up.

I parked next to one of the new challengers, an SRT-8 version and was amazed on how god damned big the thing was compared to my stang. All that metal has to eat up some HP/TQ just to get it's fat Arse moving. The thing weighs in at 4140 Lbs. has 20" rims(which look heavy as hell, not to mention what the entire tire height would do to the final drive ratio), it wouldn't surprise me at all that a stock GT would probably lay waste to one. BTW, that 425 HP that is being advertised? it's more and likely BRAKE Horsepower(measured at flywheel) and if thats true than the challenger's RWHP is probably somewhere around 360. Geez, I don't street race but I'd have a hard time controlling the urge if one tried me from either a Dig or a roll.

I plan on doing the same thing as you. I am adding cams, porting my heads, adding new C&L intake ( heads will be portmatched) and adding forge internals This all should be good for a few more ponys

Some of you guys in Central Valley Chapter must have some fast cars. Not puting anyone down but I raced one with a few bolt ons and he beat me. He had CAI ( more then likely a tune) had some god exhaust with cut outs. It was close but he did beat me. On the juice I had him by a few cars though. I cant see you guys destrying them unless you have s/c though
