New chapter??

I was thinking that there arent to many WS members here in my area, and i figured id make some cards and hand them out to the local mustangs here on base close to me. i just talked to a guy tonight and said that hes interested. if i get enough guys to join here will that make a new chapter or what?

Make your own flyers. its easy and cheap. I have made some for the club and print them out at work.
