thanks guys....it is really nice. its an 02 roadstar 1600 with 12k....and i got it, with riding gear for 4500. i take the BRC course next month, so i should learn a lot there. i think i should be good. its not a race bike....jsut a commuter, so i hope i remmeber that and not try and go fast. again, thanks

but the good news is, you dont have to compete with sandiego traffic any more, so you shouldnt have any problems keeping it and yourself in one piece!!

it is a jap bike, but try and find one bad review one it. its also my first bike, so i dont want to spend 15000 on a more popular american built bike. cause there is no way my big ass is gettin on a little sportster.....look like a clown. i get it tomorrow, so i will post some more pics and tell ya'll about my first ride....if i live. lol

oh, ok...... sorry i got so defensive gibs.....lol.
so, i took the bike out for the first spin. never got over 40, but man it felt fast. i just gotta work on low speed cornering. and the controls are still a little awkward for me....but i will get there.
