so, as you know i'll be back in a week-ish. so, the wife jsut got to san diego and found a house she wants. its off community rd in poway (i love that area) and its in a small neighborghood. its a 2br 2ba house. its got a huge garage, a driveway, and its on the corner so i have my own street parking (can you tell im plannin for a party) lol. anyways, were gettin it for 1690/mo, but it doesnt have a washer/dryer/refrigerator/ac. so, if anyone knows someone getting rid of these things (i know last week there was, but i missed it) let me know, and i will tell my wife. she wants to start movin in later this week. thanks guys.

Tell her to look on Craigslist. Sears has stuff cheap as well. I thin I got my w/dryer for 600 with war. I have had mine for 6 years now with no problems. I got a sears card and charged them and just paid them off. They also Deliver

okay, so i spoke too soon. she changed her mind. she has decided she doesnt want that one. the guy wants 1st and last months rent plus the sec deposit up front...that is 5180, and then we have to get a washer/dryer/refrigerator, and it doesnt have AC. just a little much, so shes out looking for other places....i'll keep ya'll posted

okay, so new update.......my wife signed the lease the other day without paying attention...and then called back crying about how i would be mad at her and blah blah blah, well, the guy felt bad and talked to his wife and decided he would drop the last months rent requirement and told her to keep the place. so, its our house again...lol. sweet huh.
