new pipes

i got the new pipes on to day. and wow, those magnaflows arn't so quiet.
i got the shop to insall it so i didn't get a vid of before and after. but, i will be at FFW so yall will get to hear it then.

if you want it to be way more aggressive then go the route it did. ALL OUT. Single chamber exhaust and an off road x-pipe.

but just adding an o/r x-pipe to the magna flows should be more than enough to do the job.

You say that now but after driving your car for a few days you WILL be like "oh **** what have I done" ......you will not be able to start your car without waking the neighbors..... pissing off the house right by the stop light that you just have to let er rip from........ETC. ETC. I think you are loud enough and aggresive enough and I have not even heard it. I just know how they sound. Just my .02

my truck is louder than than the car and i've had it for 2yrs. and have yet to wish it was quieter.i'll do like the smoother sound of the magnaflows. but it doesn't have the attitude that i whant. i like the sound of a chambered muffler gives. i'm not sure what mufflers i'll go with yet, and it's not worth the money for any hp gain if i'll even get any. right now i'm focusing on a JLT cold air intake/ SCT programmer/ underdrive pullies/ and a set of rear tires.
The car sounds a little diffrent from any other cobra right now because it has Bassani mid-length headders one off h-pipe and magnaflow cat back.

all my cars and trucks are loud. the first one had 460 and the first thing i did was cut out the cats and add a set of super 40 flows. then my current f-150 i pulled all 4 cats off it and went with 1 chamber flows. now the cobra and my first real mod was ditching the cats and uping the mid-pipe to 2 1/2.
