Alright boys and girls.

The day is almost here where a 75 shot gets put on the Roush.

Saturday I am picking up a Fogger system

I will post pics of the install process when I am putting it on

Does anyone know what is needed to make a fox body dry kit work on a new edge body.

Shouldnt be much if anything at all

I believe you mount the sprayer in the center of the driver's seat cushion, pointing UP of course.

If that don't get ya going, I don't know what will!

I believe you need to change injectors.. and spray before mass air... corrected me if i;m wrong.

That I am not sure.. you might be able to get away with boosting fuel pressure.. Why didnt you get a wet kit?

wet systems are more complicated, plus require a new intake manifold for flowing fuel. you also have increased risks of backfires. do you have new injectors? if you do you should be fine with the set up you have if you tune it and add fuel pressure. dry systems make lean conditions which are very bad. detonation kills. heres a link, read it. http://www.sverrekahrsracing.no/lystgass/dry-wet/dry-vs-wet.htm it discusses the difference between the types of nitrous systems

w/o larger injectors you are going to want to richen up the motor to compensate for the nitrous. not too sure how to on your year. furl pressure regulator, and maybe some computor stuff.

the 5.0 is a air intake manifold only aswell... but you still want to run a wet kit... I think this dry shot is going to cause more problems then anything, I would rather have a stock tune to drive on and add fuel with the nitrous... one more silenoid isnt **** for a install..

to each is own

im thinking about putting a 150 shot on and i would go with a dry kit myself, but i have an upgraded fuel system that can compensate for the nitrous.

stay away from dry kits wet is the way to go any time you use nos you have to add fuel bumping up psi or or bigger injectors is not enuff

it all depends. my car was running a/f in the 10s and 11s before i leaned it out. that would be more than enough fuel for nitrous. just no matter what you do make sure its safe..btw thanks machman

why would you drive a car every day that rich to use somthing every now and then a wet system is more practical

i would just change the tuning at the track and then change it back for the street. dont want to shoot on the street anyway... remember i have acces to a dyno. who knows...we'll see if it the nitrous ever happens

Yea I agree... wet is the way to go... But i'm sure there is nothing wrong with a dry kit.. they each have there draw backs...

the thing is... if you set it to run 10-11 A/f...it wont be that once you spay.. so just because it that rich now or was... doesnt mean its not going to go lean on the bottle.. like a 150 shot... but i like your two different tune ideas... that would probably be great but you would need like a 24lb injector on the bottle and not on motor... it would probably hurt the all motor tune
