ernie not to start a big descution but i have notice you have not posted up anything on you site on this subject. i know some of them mite think the same about us good or bad. i just don't see issues getting resolved on there and info being put out about being cordial tward WS. both side should be on the same track

There was nothin against WS in the first place! Why should I start a thread about this issue. Walk up to any of our members and you will see the difference. For now it is Me vs WS! lol
Trust me when I say my team is perfectly fine.

I appreciate your concern but I feel as though I can handle this myself. I simply want any animosity towards myself and my team to end. I STRONGLY feel that I have not done any harm to anyone! It is sad that now days people jump on band wagons and base their opinions on simply "HEAR SAY".

I haven't heard anyone on my team talk anything bad about anyone. I wonder why? Because it starts with me! I don't allow HEAR SAY!!

Paradigm

A certain behavior in a group that the majority of the group does not know the source of, based on hearsay and/ or observation can be termed as a paradigm. For example:
An experiment was once done with a group of Capuchin monkeys. About 100 monkeys were held in a large cage and a bunch of bananas was suspended from the top. Monkeys love bananas right?... As soon as they went for the bananas a hose sprayed them with cold high pressure water. The group soon learned to stay away from “those bananas”. 10 Monkeys were removed and 10 new monkeys introduced in the cage. Monkeys love bananas right?... When the ten new monkeys went for the bananas, the entire group was again sprayed with cold water. (they left the bananas alone).
10 monkeys were taken out 10 more introduced. Monkeys love bananas right?... When the ten new monkeys went for the bananas, the entire group was again sprayed with cold water. (they left the bananas alone).

This went on for several cycles, it reached a point when if a new monkey went for the bananas the entire group would beat the crap out it! (Justified right? The group didn’t want to get sprayed with cold water.)
This went on for several cycles…. Many a poor unsuspecting monkey who’s only crime was loving bananas, would get a beat down from the group.
Eventually the experiment reached a point when NONE of the monkeys in the cage EVER got sprayed with water. However, anytime a new monkey was introduced and went for the bananas… He would get a beat down from the whole group…..
