NTI question....

OK everyone knows I am headed back east as soon as this shore duty is over. I will be most likely in Norfolk area. That being said, I am thinking about trying my hand in the NTI programs. Has anyone applied to it or tried going to it? I will be using my GI Bill to go to it. I would also be drawing my military retirement which in the Charlotte area will buy a mini mansion. Basically I am asking if anyone has any knowledge about them besides what their website says. I would love to get on a race team. Maybe I can use my military knowledge and use it in an electronics area for one of the teams.....Thanks for the input.

And no Phil I dont care about WyoTech....they feed the drag racing series....I think we talked once before briefly about this. If it wasnt you I am sorry.......

LOL I never heard of NTI I knwo if you are trying to do NASCAR or soemthing UTI has a program for it..they do use are GI Bill and bend over backwards to help us out. Just call NTI and look into it further is all the advice I can give you. Good luck bro you will be missed when you do go but hey... guess we will see a new chapter spring up

what are you whanting to know? i regestered with them a while back. i'm/was set up to go to orlando for the basic stuff and the 9 week hotrod class then to charlotte for nascar.

when i was stationed in charlston sc, they sent a rep down from charlotte to meet me and go more in deepth on the program.

Just wanting to know what I would be dealing with and such. Are the other student gonna be high school stoners or experienced mechs? Or is it a mix. How difficult is the Course. What should I do to prepare for it?

NTI is part of UTI......they only teach it in Mooresville NC....outside Charlotte...I wonder why huh? 70+ raceteams based in the Charlotte area.

I was busy as hell today. Had all those O-1's come in and man one stood at attention to talk to me......straight from the Academy.....yesterday and stuff....It was great when I chuckled and told him to at ease, then told him to relax a little bit. he wont learn all up tight like that.

that call was prob to set up a meeting. NTI screens it's app's in person so tere might be some high school kids in there but no stoners.
