There is a real Bullitt for sale on craigslist for $9600, if I had the money, that car would be mine.

Well, here we go

1. It's Bullitt not Bullit

2. Bullitt's did not come in a convertable

3. Bullitt's came in 3 colors as stated above, True Blue, Black and Dark Highland Green

4. Anyone can buy the BULLITT letters and stick them on their car

There are some Bullitt's in White that were factory made for the Race Track that were not sold to the Public.

HerPony and myself would gladly take a cruise to look at the "one of a kind Bullit". Would be fun to see what he has to say when he see's two real Bullitts.

im glad you all sorted this out because over the last few minutes ive been waqiting for this page to load (slow internet...really slow) looking at that add on C/L getting all pissed off. i wanted to yell at someone, but thanks to the awesome WS members i no longer have to do it.

btw, the "turbo" is probably the turbonator (fan you put in intake piping, makes you go faster) HAHA

ill save everyone the dilemna of having to go look at this car cause i already have...was one of them i looked at before buying my gt, i knew it wasnt a bullit but still thought it looked alright.....

well heres the deal it is a V6 and it actually is turbocharged but the seals in the turbo were burnt up....could see the oil coming right out the bottom of it.

And notice he never shows near the front of the car.....reason being because it looks like he dragged it down a wall with all the scrapes and paint missing. and there are a lot of scrapes not just scratches all the way around the car.

and the convertible top has a huge tear in it and doesnt have the back glass for it.

the suspension squeals everytime you hit a bump and the clutch wasnt definitely almost gone in it too.

I pointed all this out to him and he says that his "roll bar" cost him 1000.00 and that his stereo system was really expensive like 3000.00 and he says thats why he could still ask for so much for it.

THE CAR WAS A STRAIGHT POS!!!!!!!!!!!!

the nerve of some people and i can understand some spanish from classes ive taken and when he was talking to his buddy in spanish right in front of me (btw i hate when people do that) could have sworn he told his friend that we were easy money cause we were white young people and didnt know anything.

now i may not know a lot about mustangs...yet but i do know a decent amount of basic info for vehicles and i made sure he knew that by time we left.

He doesn't have a roll bar, its a light bar and that don't do crap if you roll. If he paid $1K for that, he got ripped off as someone will if they buy it. That light bar, tops $450.
