HAHA GOTCHA!!!!!! well i just bought another Mustang today, its a 84 GT solid all the way through, but it doesn't come with the 5.0 or the trans thats currently in the car, but i got it for a good price. im going to use it as the base for an all out drag car. so the next question is what motor and tranny combo so give me your opinions! i had to do something to get rid of the urge to turn my daily driver Mach 1 into a non streetable car.

hell ya, it honestly has no rust besides a lil surface rust on the roof, and surface rust were the battery box is, and the only dig is near the tail pipe, it looks rough in the pics, but its actually pretty clean

460 build!! i know a guy that has a 460 for 400 bucks and it only has 99,000 original miles from a 1987 f250 pickup... last year of the carb motor! for a 400 bucks you could probably get the r200 trans for it to... the guy is really hard up for cash right now... and i can probably get you a hell of a deal!!

andy id love to get that motor, but the fox is gunna be on the back burner, gotta do the essentials to the daily driver, finish the body work that im in the middle of, get the new trans for it, and then freshen the motor with just a ring kit.... and then its time do start dumping money into the fox... and Charlie.... 9s aren't fast enough :evil:

WOW! so guys i dont even have the fox at my house yet and it is already coming along pretty fast!!!!! i might have a 351W (pretty much brand new from what im told) and an automatic trans for pretty much nothing!!! my cousin has them at his house and is willing to hook me up! gotta love la familia!

oh ya, the guy i bought the car from gave me an engine stand today, pick up the motor on Wednesday and the car probably in about a week, but i have to store it at my buddy's place until about mid June. ill let you guys know the the exact date if you wanna head up there with me to pick up the car
