yes it is, in its day this car was the sh*t, t-top, 5.0, power everything, along with every option available, it even had window louvers on it, but they went MIA somewhere between '84 and now

ok guys so myself, my dad (singletirefire), Andy (Foxman), and Charlie (zimmerc) tore down the motor most of the way to see what we are dealing with and we found out a couple things, like the fact that its a Cleveland and not a Windsor, and its not in the best shape, it pretty much needs a complete overhaul. here are some pics
