ok guys so im starting to mod the mach already little by little as i get the money, I already have the lowering springs and im getting the caster camber plates next paycheck, then after that cold air intake, and then what i need your guys' (and gals') opinion on... exhaust, what do guys think is best for the Mach? what systems do you recommend? i had a couple of ideas, long tube headers with SLP X-pipe and either SLP loudmouth or magnaflow magnapack cat back, or i was thinking about building my own custom exhaust (i love doing custom fabs) and do long tube headers going straight into a magnapack muffler then side exit like a Roush exhaust, I would make it look really clean, not cheap like some i have seen, but my only doubt about that is the fact that i dont wanna change the look of the Mach that much... help?

sounds all great except i had SLP loudmouth and they are too extreme i made it 4 months before i got a fix it ticket maybe the LM2's or Powerflo (which is what i went with)

Well Feared has SLP Loudmouths and his Mach sounds sweet as hell and he just had an o/r h pipe put on but im sure it will still sound like a bad ass.

Now with my COBRA i had a custom set up installed. It is loud as all hell but doesnt really sound that clean i guess you could say. its just loud and mean as all hell.

Now you get feared's Mach and my COBRA together and all hell is going to break loose.

i know i like how feared's sounds, but i kinda wanna go with a custom sound, i like the magnapack sound, but i thing it would give it a little more of a raw sound with out the rest of the tail pipe

I'm with BeeJay on this one. The Bassani X-pipe is definently the way to go

Had Flows on the Cobra, Magnaflows and finally BORLA STINGERS. The mags were very quiet, the flows were about the same and the Borlas sounded GREAT! I had them all paired with a Bassani catted X. I just bought a SC281 Saleen for a daily driver and went with Mac Long tubes, BBK catted mid with Bassani catback. Didnt want the daily as loud as the Cobra. If you go Borla, you wont be dissapointed. -Shane

If you go with chambered mufflers definatly go with an h pipe if you go with bullet type mufflers go with an x pipe, that will give an agressive sound.

anything but the stock exhaust! ANd i like my SLP, not sure how the Mach H pipe made it sound, buit on the phone it sounded beasty...

i got flowmaster super 40s and thats a good sounding muffler, a little loud for comfort but sounds good. you know, im just throwing this out there, i saw a guy at RET who put an 04 cobra eaton on his mach and he made like 440rwhp at 8 or 9 pounds. said he paid 200 for the blower on craigslist, then about 800 in extra stuff to make it work.
