I know this is off topic, but I would just like to share the fact that my bands' first CD has been released. Yesterday we hit the shelves, iTunes and the CD Baby website, with more to follow. I am also workijng on a solo album of my own original stuff that is about 80% finished as far as recording is concerned, and will be mostly instrumental work. My project is also prog rock... influenced by Alan Parsons, Pink Floyd, Roger Waters, Porcupine Tree, Mark Knopfler and a few other noted artists. I'm not in any hurry to get my solo project released because I don't have to worry about a record deal with a label, as we have our own record label.

Anyway, if you're so inclined, please check us out and let me know what you think. The CD is selling for a whopping $11.99 a pop.
