what is your opinion on overdrive pulleys? im just wondering are they worth it. i was talken to a buddie and he said instead of spending alot on a supercharger or turbo, get overdrive pulleys.

Well if you plan on supercharging, dont both getting UD's- I made that mistake and now I'm looking for someone to swap me their stock UD's for my Steeda UD pulleys. Highly not reccomended that you have both.
Know your goal and built straight for it. Dont zig zag in your build or you'll end up blowing cash on parts you'll end up not needing after attaining your long term goal. I was originally going to go all N/A beast- But figured for the same price of the build I was going to get, I could get a supercharger plus other parts. SO now I'm going backwards and having to get stock parts back before I can blow my pony. (no homo)

Crazy is exactly right. I can't tell you how many times I went through my drive- train to finally end up where I am today.:nonono:

Underdrive pulleys are one thing. OVERDRIVE pulleys are designed for supercharged cars who dont want to cause belt slip on the supercharger but still want to increase boost.

Best Advice - Set aside ~$4,000 and get a Vortech kit or a single turbo kit. Hello power.

I know they make a overdrive pulley for the cobra's, is there a set up for the 2v's with a vortech or paxton or any other mustang to say the least? I would rather do a simple pulley then completly swap out the 6 rib pulleys to an 8 rib set up.

if your gonna buy a new blower, look into a kenne bell. roots style blowers are amazing.

he told me today he is getting it for free from his brother so i guess he could sell it but there is nothing better then free sh't obviously.
