There was a rumor that a local farmer had a "PIG HERO" on his ranch so a local reporter was sent out to the farm to interview the farmer and get the low-down on the bovine wonder pig.
As he arrived, the reporter was greeted by the farmer and immediately asked about the pig.
"I hear you have some sort of pig hero here, is that true?"
"Yup" answered the farmer, "He's my hero!"
"How's that" asked the reporter?
"Well, one day a few weeks ago, I was plowing in the field and my tractor wheel got in a rut and the tractor tipped over on me. That pig came a running and dug and burrowed under the tractor until there was enough room for me to get myself out."
"That's amazing" the reporter said taking notes. "I wonder if I could see this pig and take a picture of him" he asked the farmer.
The farmer took the reporter to a small pen and pointed out the lone pig.
"Why does he have a wooden leg?" the reporter asked.
"That pig's a HERO, you don't think we'd eat him all at once, do you?"
