Qualcomm 19 DEC 2008 Test & Tune

I'm heading up to Qualcomm on Friday to begin testing for the Ford vs the World at Barona. I know that the track isn't that great, but if I can hook there then I can hook at Barona. I'll be on street tires, but I'll be able to test adjustments on suspension and launching/clutch feathering at different RPMs. I have one more oil leak to locate tomorrow and then I'll be ready for the track. The leak is very minor, but I want to get it stopped anyway.

Hopefully we can get quite a few cars out there in the pits to offer advice and provide some tuning guidance. Hope to see everyone there!!!!!!

I'll be there, but my dad will likely arrive at about 6:30-7:00 PM. But we should still be able to get some good runs in. You should bring the Banner and get something to hang it up so those that are going to be late can find where our pit is.

Game On!!! We need a good turnout for this Friday night. Even if you plan on running Barona this weekend, Racelegal is a good place to start tuning. I know the track is a little slick, but if you're keeping a reference book, this will help you if you race anywhere else that is slick.

So come on out Friday night to catch some good deals on tickets and represent the club. I know we have at least three and as many as six cars racing.
