Keep the motor you have in there now. Go and buy the Forge internals. ( JBA can help with the parts you need ) 1500-2500$ Then add your S/C. Once you get down here talk to some of the guys about helping with the engine build. Then once you have your internals done and S/C installed take it to get tuned and your done. Plan on a budget at least 10,000

Go with a turbo and forged internals. There are plenty of kits out there and I'm sure they are in the same price range as a supercharger. No sense in wasting hp turning a supercharger. thats just my opinion.
Or you could go to any junk yard and get a 5.4 out of the trucks or Naviagators. they are gettig easier to find now. Just my oppinion!!!

Yeah...And I can't count the times I have seen OEM Eaton blowers for Lightnings on Craigslist for pennies on the dollar. You could build a Lightning motor (with different internals) for relatively cheap....Or Just buy my Lightning for $30K!
