I have a 1-2 hours of solid racing video in High Def of all the Mustang races. We may have missed a couple. About 8 Gigs of memory sticks. I am trying to figure out how to approach this. There is a lot of footage and really not to much editing is needed. So I may burn a master copy onto a DVD and give it to you guys. And let it stay in High Definition.
Then burn it to a lower definition for download on the web. That keeps the files small.
Since I don't know who's cars are who's, I figured I will put it on it's own page on YouTube. Then give you guys the link to the page and let you tell me which video is who's cars. Then once I have it all sorted, I will edit each race and title them according to the member/car.
I don't know how you guys feel about having the video put up on YouTube for others to see?? Or if you want them someplace else. If you give me a Wicked Stangs logo to put in the video, I will do that, along with captions of the racers "forum name or nick name" and the event title and date.
I think this would get a lot of attention for the club. People love racing videos.
In addition, I can freeze any frame of video and make it into a picture (poster size) because it is high resolution. So if you see something you like, I would be happy to do that for you and you can send it to Walmart or some other photo service for printing.
So is YouTube OK??
