Guys,
I regret to inform you that do to some unforeseen events, we will not be able to have the tour/show at Whipple Superchargers on May 2. :nonono:

I do apologize for any and all inconvenience's this late notice has caused anyone. We do want to reschedule for a future date as we believe this would be great publicity for us and a great opportunity to meet with some of our currant and future customers and to show everyone how we make these great superchargers.

Again, on behalf of Whipple Superchargers, I apologize. Please look at future dates that we can make this happen and let me know what they are and we will work it out.

We are still looking at some sort of sponsorship for the race car as well.

Total Bummer. Sorry about that everyone. Didnt see that happening this late in the game. 24hrs before hand. Sorry for wasting everyone's time and sorry about everything everyone has done in order to prepare for this event. Maybe we can do this again at a later date. but then again by then alot of us will be gone on deployment so i dont know what to say or do. all i can say is thanks for all of the support and work everyone put into this. It would have been F#$KIN BAD A$$

This is kind of hokey, if you ask me, Mike can't be the ONLY person working at Whipple that can give a tour.

Some of us pulled strings and asked for special favors to be able to go to this and we can't ask for those favors again.

If this is scheduled again in a few months, it will be SO DAMNED HOT, no one will venture out into the desert.

Surely they have more than 3 employees, right? A tour only takes ONE person. That's how JBA did it.

As far as the guys who ordered decals, since I won't be "delivering" them, let me know what you want me to do with them.

truthfully, i'm really disappointed. special favors were asked, time was taken off, and people planned for this to happen. it was advertised and spread around. then with just one word, it was shut down.

a lot of members here will have egg on their faces getting everyone's hopes up and then telling them it was canceled. last i heard, there was close to 40 cars planned for this event. that's a LOT of work and a LOT of people planning for this. hopefully it's a good reason as to why it was called off. but if it's lack of preparation on whipple's part, not expecting this to roll up so soon... :disgust:

once again guys i am sorry about the whole deal.

I'm sure the reason whipple called it off was a good one. People don't just cancel events the day before and after weeks and weeks of sacrifice and planning. Don't get me wrong im pretty worked up about the whole thing because now it kinda makes me look bad being it was my idea and i was the one that (tried) to set the whole thing up and there are still going to be some dudes i cant get ahold of showing up to closed doors tomorrow, plus all the advertising i did plus word of mouth. WickedStangs might not be there but i bet a bunch of people are still gonna show up and be like WTF!!!!! hopefully it just doesnt come back to bite us in the ass. Telling everyone and advertising that this was going to happen and now its not and there is not enough time to fix it.

Once again everyone. WICKEDSTANGS F$%CKing ROCKS and i thank everyone for trying to make this happen and all the sacrifices and everything made.

No i think he was over powered on this one. He told he was going to do what he could to not have it cancelled but i think it was over his head
