well i just found out some info. From some witnesses that saw my bro-in-law get killed. Heres what really happened he was driving next to a big rig and was getting sucked under so he turned on a street because he lost control of the bike and then he was trying to slow down and gain control again and the cops bumped him motorcycle and made him go into the face at 70mph and the cop went in the fence with him and hit him with the cop car. And we have 2 witneses saying this now, and my bro-in-law died at the sence not in the hospital they lied to us about that, and they heard him scream then choke on his blood and died!!!
So **** cops well those cops, they killed him, and its not fair!!!

yeah and after they hit them they pulled guns on him when he was choking on his blood and they left him there, and that makes so much more since because i know jose wouldnt run from the cops its just so sad and the viewing is on thurs. And the funeral on friday

hes viewing is this thurs. and then funeral on fri. and yeah we will get the cops jose's mom is a very stong person and knows alot about the law im not worried about that its just the fact it doesnt bring him back nothing will, and when we get one of the pups im going to name it sarg. because jose was a Sargent

police officers are required to render assistance to any one in need, criminal or not. Example is those bank robbers in the famous North Hollywood Bank of America shoot out. When the officers shot one of the suspects, they were slapped with law suits for standing next to the wounded man and not calling in medical assistance immediately.

theres four witnesses and a nurse that heard everthing the fireman were saying how the put the air tube in backwards and how they are trying to cover it all up

im just saying, its tragic what happened but dont take everything you hear as gospel. when something tragic happens everyone wants something important to say and someone to blame. i dont know what happened, truth is you dont either, you know two stories. im sorry for your loss but things like this you have to try and stay objective. you may be putting blame on people who legitamately tried to help the kid. you just dont know.

I know this is a tough time for you but use all the sources of info to their fullest BEFORE you make an assumption or accuse someone of something. Get all of this in writing and officel because if you go off heresay, no matter how good, bad or ugly the heresay is, you can be held for slander.

Always get the facts and then do what you need to, always cover your own a$$!

When Trav passed, we have witnesses that they say he was shoved off the road but there is nothing official or in writing anywhere. So we can't do anything no matter how we feel. And according to the statements that were taken his actions saved lives of the others involved, but the blame was put on Trav's shoulder because he was the only one to pass away. We can't do anything and the lawyers said it was easier to blame him because he isn't here to defend himself.

Myztry and I know how you and your family feel, and we wish and pray for you to have strength and patience in this time so that you get all the justice you can.
