they we're trying to pull him over because he had to get around a big rig and was going fast so the chp was trying to pull him over when he got control of the bike he started to pull over and they pit monerverd him and ran him over

and we do have it in writing we're just waiting for the court days and we got the optosy report back and if he did live he would have been paralized and a vegi. yeah so **** chp i dont care what everyone says those stupid ****s are changing the scene all the time making new marks to cover their tracks and adding new stories that are way diff from their report, so whatever yeah i dont know what happened personally but i do know jose, no one else does, and the funeral is friday....

I think you might have meant the medics and not the firemen because my dad was a fireman and my best friend is and his dad is the Fire Chief of the Victor Valley (also teaches at VVC, Last name: Visser) and they don't put in the air tubes ?

This probably isn't the best place to have any drama this is a sad story no matter which way it is spun. Although all the papers say something compelety different? I'm so very sorry this happened, it hurts anyone that has to deal with this but at the same time I support our local police, medics and especially firemen they aren't going to cover things up, there's no reason to and just like our troops they need the support of the community.

well i dont support that one chp its his fault and no it was the firemen thats what the nurse said at the hospital she is a friend of jose and they are covering it up we take pictures everyday at the scene they never marked his body at the scene which is no no #1 and they hit him thats no no #2 and they are remarking things with different colors and i can go on and on and on about it but im not going to waste my breathe or my engery to people who wont listen any ways and will always take the cops side and the medical people when the medical people are saying they messed up

The medics either used a combi-tube, or straight up intubated him.

Take a look at the pictures of these devices. The only way that would make sense to what you said about it would be to have it in upside down, but then it's not possible to even ventilate with it because the bubble can't inflate with air... Take a look:

And yes, I do know it does not happen in the field because I am in the field. I know Jose meant a lot to you, but the integrity of the field I am in also means a lot to me. Medics will not treat patients any differently because of things they have done. A child molester? Maybe they would, but not to the point where it can cause the pt's death and end their career. They worry more about their life and career than they do about getting 'revenge' on the pt...

im not saying the meds. killed him im saying the chp did by doing a pit when he was pulling over and hitting him with the car THATS WHAT KILLED HIM, and i'm going off what the nurse said because the figher men told her they put it in upside down back wards whatever **** i am so tired of people arguing its making me really ****ing mad now

no LIKE I SAID BEFORE he was going around a big rig and was loosing control because he was getting sucked in he turned on a side street a cop was trying to pull him over and he was slowing down after a min of trying to get back into control and the chp pitted the bike and he went into a wooden fence with poles and the cop hit/ran him over with the ****ing car

That sounds more feasible. They went into the esophagus with the tube rather than the trachea.

Speak to a lawyer, try to get a copy of their Run Report and their EMS form. Make sure they verified (SDBREATHE) and had an RN verify placement.

they arent

and X we are doing all of that but if they did it to the lungs he would have had a more bigger chance and he choked on his blood and died after they let him lay the for 10-14min telling him to put his hands up while he was screaming

I have a feeling they rear-ended him. **** happens when adrenaline is pumping and im guessing he grabbed a handful of brake when he started getting sucked in... But then again? How was a semi doing 70+?

I am not passing judgement, I am just trying to iron questions. Okay sarah?

I'd like to see the EMS report, and statements from all the parties. If this goes into court, which it sounds like it will. They will all be made available when the case is over.

All PD can do is basic first aid, which would include putting him on his side, they are not trained or educated in advance airway management.
