Trust me, I will be looking. Nobody is calling you stupid, or giving you ****. We are all wanting to know the 'truth' about what happens. What we have heard so far in legal terms is hearsay. I'd like to see the EMS report, and statements from all the parties. If this goes into court, which it sounds like it will. They will all be made available when the case is over.

he was next to a the semi going same rate as the semi he sped up to avoid getting sucked in by the semi truck and bounced out thats why the speed difference......... a semi is promited to go 55 unless posted so a 15 mph to avoid getting ran over isnt outrages.....police are allowed to do pit on bikes at a very extreme last resort even then they dont cause 90% of the time=death but at 70 mph and 2 mins it a very poor judgement call which the cop should lose his job for..... you dont make that type of judgement that early when you have not given someone time to pull over...... this cops very poor judgement cost my brother n law his life.....Jose wasnt drunk and the toxicology has proven this..... the fire dept did put in the breathing way...... pump the air into his stomach my mom has been a RN for a very long time in ICU ER so she saw this alot....cops are supposed to help someone but this cop decieded just to wait.......Jose will have his day in court and be at peace

what sells papers? hearing that a cop is a stoped a guy or do you think the police would release one of their own is going to get their job loss? I take it you dont know that news papers dont know all the facts police reports are alot more beleiveable then some paper so you can beleive what you want.... but also the go back to the crime scene invegation goes to use meters to check how fast he was going and came back 70 soooooo i beleive the report and the math over some cop that made a poor decision

im sorry for your loss i truly am. but im gonna say this, you werent there. you hear of a police pursuit of a crotch rocket that ends in a crash. do you think he was running or he was getting sucked under a truck, then went down a side street, innocently and then was run over by a bad cop? look i ride, ive split lanes between semis and never even felt the pull. ducking down a side street, thats running. if you have control enough to turn you have control enough to stand straight up and stop. again im sorry he died. but it sounds like he was running and crashed. the family always wants to look at it in the most innocent light. im not saying he deserved to die, im saying he made a poor choice and took a chance. but seriously, how would you even know the whole sucked under a truck, down a side road story? cops are good people, especially chp i know a few and im in the process of being one. the kid was almost definately evading. i know bikes, and i know how people think on them. so sorry, and i know yoru hurt and you have a right to be, but im calling bullshit.
