ok so a couple weeks ago myself, my dad (SingleTireFire05), Justin (justin11045), Charlie (zimmerc), Scott (Fangs99), and Jay (Ichiduo) finally started working... or should i say destroying my 84 GT. We were able to strip most of the car, now it is pretty much the unibody, some of the windows, the steering wheel, engine, brakes, suspension, tires and wheels. The tear down was pretty simple and easy, no complications and no one ended up getting bitten by any black widows. We did find out a couple of things were worse then we though, the engine needs a complete tear down and the driver's side floor pan is cracked and had the mounts for the seat ripped off. Ill post pictures of the tear down as soon as the photobucket site is back up.

Full out drag car, not street/strip, strictly for the track. Oh and i will be selling most of the parts off of the car including a pretty much perfect dash pad, so if anyone needs any fox parts let me know, also have a nearly brand new radiator off of it

because it was all fried, before the car was parked it had a little carb fire that melted the wiring and connectors

haha, ya im a pretty patient guy, ive tried to build 4 other cars and i never happened, first my 73 Charger (dad got cancer so we had to stop that one), then my 94 BMW 318IS (blew all 3 engine computers at the same time :-D), then my 89 Cherokee (blew the I6), and then last my 2002 V6 convertible (started having trans problems so i traded it in for my Mach 1. Now i bought this fox as a spare car so i have all the time in the world to build it. i have the time, now i just need the money :)

Well from the sounds of your luck maybe its a good thing you can't drive it. You'd probably just start having more problems
