The 302 is a good engine and everyone knows that I love them. However, a 351 bored and stroked to a 408 is awesome. I can get a running 351 for about $250. The guy is in National City and has a few to choose from.

i agree we should go with a 351 atleast. personally i like the 408 and 427. i dont care how big we go but i think we need to go bigger than a 302 if were talkin about real high hp. just my opinion. but we need to get a good strong block. greg at total performance said the 69-72 blocks are the strongest blocks ford has ever made. unless were talking about going with a aftermarket block.

I say we use two squirels and an aluminum cage....Either that or a GTR rotary special...LOL!!

^^^^^ I vote for that guy to lay some paint and plaster the car with sponsor stickers...once they donate and donate and donate........and donate again...LOL

I'm not worried about members donating...you guys are doing fantastic! I'm talking about the sponsors... They need to DONATE and earn a sticker spot.
