Thanks... His name is dmstrading. He finally just refunded my money this afternoon. I should say, I got the email from him this afternoon. I am assuming he sent the money to PayPal this morning. But at least he gave me a refund.

Yeah RPM outlet has a horrible rep all over the forums. Their prices are great but everything you mentioned(long ship times, wrong part, very poor CS) is always mentioned.

I have used Brenspeed and Americain Muscle with great results. Brenspeed has great CS and Americain muscle has great prices and fast ship times(never had to speak with CS there)

I always want(more than need) parts for my Cobra. I need to dress up the interior with some Billet stuff. I'll check those guys out at Atomic.

they are great! they answered my emails back almost immediately when i was writing them on deployment and i was able to order things on time and with the specs i wanted i.e my seats with the 5th slot aka submarine slot addition blck 5pt harnesses, trunk fendor with cobra emblem, seat tracks, CR1 microsuede seats, and a couple other things they are good but have you checked out lastcallracing? if you dont see the part on there just call him and tell him VP told you to call i promise he will hook you up
