This kit also includes new inner boots, clamps and grease. These axles are rated to 600HP with a 6-month warranty . Product Category:2003-2004 Mustang Cobra (31 Spline Differential) Price:$1,099.99
Two things this week, we are trying to get the Race Car to Qualcomm on Friday CWO needs help with bleeding the brakes and the installation of the shifter and Line lock and Exhaust. He will be working on it all week and we can stop by anytime after he gets off work..
i know a guy that makes way too much power for them. he upgraded to level 5 shafts. i need to order new boots from the company. they are in sc. if i decide to get thim. i am thinking of doing the solid axle swap. i hve been reading up on it and everyone that has done it wishes they didnt. so i dont know.
There is nothing wrong with going solid axle for us if you set it up properly. You will feel a difference in the twisties but not really enough to matter unless you are going to become an avid road racer. I personally wanna try road racing once I get my roll bar in so I am going to tuff it out with the IRS for as long as possible.
i love the twisties, i figure the level 2shafts and a lower pulley, and i will be done modding for a while then im gonna go ahead and buy another clutch just in case.
Yeah me too so that is what I have planned. Level 5's with the solid IRS bushings, and the way he is doing my sub frames, my car is gonna be sick. He is making my subframes like a race car with multiple frame rails innertwined. The cage is going through the floor to the subframes. He is strengthening the battle boxes and tieing everything into the front cross braces. I think it is gonna be sick. I am a little concerned with how much weight I am going to be gaining but once the Nitrous is all tuned and spraying right I think low 7's should be easily attained.
Still have the fiberglass front fenders if I wanna shave a lil off the front. Need to relocate the battery to the rear as well. f money allows I will be going coil over and tubular K member too. We will have to wait and see. I had planned to sell my Bronco but now the wife wants to keep it so I am not sure anymore.
