well then Us as the RACERS need to decide.
are we going to say ET wins the race or whoever passes the double line of the 1/8th first?
and for those who think this is a headache... did you think it was going to be easy to setup rules for gear heads??? look at the NHRA lol that rule book is HUGE... that started as people just racing for the hell of it

Basically the thought of this was to have 2 guys line up, run the 1/8th and whoever crosses the line first wins.....unless one of them redlighted. They were to run whatever they had when racing each other. There was no best of three or any of that....Just 1 race.......I think that leaves no room for error and will be the best judge of who the "BEST RACER" is......best racer is going to include timing the tree and everything right. This isnt "King of the Street" so the redlight must come into play.
Whatever though. If you all decide that you want whatever rules to this, that is fine. Just come up with the changes, and put them to a poll.....make sure only those that race actually vote on it though. If it gets enough votes, then the rule will be changed....
Eric, ongrats on being #1. Good race and Daryll will have another shot in the future. I am sure of it.

Congratulations to the winner (by the rules you raced under) and I am sure y'all will come up with an alternate set of rules that all of you that race can live with.
All you LordGufi.....have fun with it...... I say you make whatever rules YOU want and everyone lives with it or they run it themselves.....LOL
