Here we go guys, this is just starting the planning stages for this event. In order to have as many WickedStangs Members there as possible we are asking for your inputs to the date of it.
Responsibilities for key members of the club will be handed out after the date is set. If you have a good rep with a company, please let us know for the give away items. Anthony, I need you to get with Dynomite Tuning and make sure they would be able to accomodate a group of say, 40 cars to do a Dyno Shootout with. Last year we had approximately that many and it went well. I would like it if they could do $20-$25 for 2 pulls. I think we would get more participation in the shootout if that were to happen. We want to use their establishment as the end point for the event so please get with them soon and find out. It will be very good Public Relations for them as they are really just starting out as a business. Last year we had Camaro's, WS6's and Stangs mainly with a couple others mixed in. This will get them alot of exposure in a good way.
This poll will be open for a week so everyone has a chance to check the date with their schedules.
After the date is determined we will have a post on here for the exact blurb to put onto other sites. This will be so that all clubs get the exact info and there are no promises made on other boards as to what the cruise will contain.
The proposed dates are October 11th or 18th. Here is a link to the calendar for October to check out the days.
