Active Military only are invited to sign up for this program. I signed up last year and received 3 gift cards from Sears amounting to over 300 to be used for the holidays. It says it closes on the 20th by 1300 CST but the registration is open until the 31st. They will notify you if you are selected as a participant in it during November.
