okay, my car is slow, oh well. its fast enough for me. we'll see how slow it is next time i can run it at the track.

i am think about getting a fox down the road and turning it in to a strip car with built 351 or a stroker of some sorts. The fox is slow as hell but thats because of the heads and intake. they have a lot of potentail when you do the heads, intake and cam.

so its pretty much done, i have to hook up the fuel pump and i need to get someone to help me with that since its full. i need to hook up vacum lines and gauges. can anyone find a picture or a diagram of what hose goes to what? the nomenclature they use is retarded. and from what i think it says, and the parts i have it doesnt make sense. my kb book didnt help either cause the kb gutted and re ran all the lines. so if someone could post a pic or a diagram that would be great i know roorstyles has a vortech, anyone?

nevermind, what i meant to ask is what vacumm line tees into what. the kb book used different nomenclature than the vortech book so if you guys can find a picture of the vacuum lines on the driver side that will do it. im gonna research it today at work. after putting this on there is some stuff they did better than kb and there is some stuff that was just hella stupid. like covering the tensioner with the bracket.

Hey beejay ,don't let the 4.6 guys get to you ,it's all about how much money you have to spend .....5.0 maybe are slow stock ,but just like any car ,with a few mods they really wake up......

On a side note does roushed have a secret crush on you or what?

thanks for the backup 95, but my car is plenty fast for the minumal mods. like i said to them, just wait til i run it again, they will be supprised.

i dont think anyone is trash talking the 5.0. the reason a lot of 5.0 guys think 4.6 guys are stubborn is the same with n/a guys to forced induction. the first guy always says he can do more with a budget build. guys with mildly modded 5.0s say they will run a like modded 4.6 with in some cases will happen. if they are geared the same its a little less likely.

then the n/a to the forced induction guys the n/a guy swears again he can do more with less. which even less frequently than the previous is true. i mean hey man go as fast as you can thats why we buy the cars. but i can speak for at least myself i find myself in a lot of conversations with guys where i want to be like "dude lets be serious, your car is quick but it isnt fast" .

It's actually roushed that seems to be trashing beejay every thread i look at ....I was just wondering if maybe beejay smoked his roush ,or if maybe he has a secret gay crush on him.......lol

Everytime I see a thread he seems to find a way to make a jab at beejay ,I don't know what the backstory is but for sure he seems to be very close to being disrespectful....

my car is quick, not fast. its made for the 8th mile. thats why i think i can hold with you in the 8th. anything over that i know you would smoke the hell out of me, but in that short road i have a good chance

he is close to it, but from what im gathering its all fun and games. he went a little far before and i ended it, but fun jokes is cool. i can take some heat, but i'll take on his roush any day of the week. and if he really wants to get down im good toe to toe as well.
