So who tagged my car with a CV Chapter card?

I can't schedule anything because of the trainer hours, some times we can get in and others we get bumped out.

I should be up here next year sometime for two weeks, that would work better since I would have a weekend.

that's part of the initiation process here in the cv... the next part would be to beat our pres's car on the 41 using the 41 rules. though now that he has a whipple, good luck... maybe you'll catch him sleeping, mean mugging (not noticing the light change), or just have him sit there roasting his tires cause he and traction parted ways the first time he fired up his gt with a blower on it. :rofl:

i was driving behind a dhg bullitt today on 11th and thought it was you for a sec. then wondered what you'd be doing in hanford, on 11th ave. near fargo ave.

but now i have another car to chase down and card. hope you're liking the cv weather.

it was a couple cars ahead when i caught up to it and finally noticed it was a dhg. when i saw it was dhg, the fact it was in hanford on 11th, everything clicked. from afar it just looked like a dusty black bullitt. what amazes me now though, that i think back on it. i couldn't tell the color, but picked out that it had a bullitt trunk badge and not a gt one. :rofl:

and yeah, it's hot and dusty here. not the friendliest place for black cars. when i had my black sixer, my california duster was my best friend. :lol:

unless yours is shaved off. it's where it usually says "gt". i picked that out, but couldn't tell the color. though a long badge saying "bullitt" is more noticeable than the two letters "g" and "t".

only real way to tell is to have them pop the hood.

but i'm pretty sure it was a real bullitt.

had the bullitt badge, fuel door, and side skirts (with the lil' mudflaps), bullitt rims... and was dhg...

i look for certain markers on certain models to quickly tell if they're what they appear to be. and those few things give me a 85-90% success rate of determining clone from real.

most people doing conversions piece them together rather slowly, so they tend to miss subtle pieces that give away that they are doing a conversion.

it's near bakersfield. if you're heading towards san diego it's basically along the way. you can leave from the track and keep heading south.

Its a little over and Hour from Lemoore. (thats at normal speed)
