[SOLVED] I can't use a custom avatar and I have no edit signature option???

On my User CP screen when I go to edit my avatar, there is no option to use a custom avatar. I can only use the predesigned ones. Also, my sig disappeared and I no longer even have the option to add a sig? Can I get some help please???
