Some suggetions

Route Planning: I believe the planning and unexpected changes of the route last year were the biggest down fall. I'm thinking a week or two before the event, a few of us from WS run the complete route to verify street names, directions, etc. And we get a google maps link with the route planned on it. So we can paste up a link on the forums, and everyone can view the map from their home computer so they have an idea what the route is before hand.

Groups: I'm thinking we should have people assigned to be leaders for each group, and have a picture of them up online, and their license plate number so those that aren't familiar with us or our members can easily identify who's a leader, or even a small sticker that would go on the rear wind screen designating the person as a leader.

Reckless Driving: Not much to be said here, but I remember 'hearing' stuff last year about a few drivers from another club driving extremely recklessly and did infact run at least one car off the road. Just be safe out there.

Well this year depending on which place we get to take a tour at, will determine the route.....I am not doing the whole mountain drive thing this year. I am just going point A to Point B...... If it is from Crower, we will go I5 to 52 to JBA.....If it is at Bilstien, it will be something like 15 south to 52 to JBA...... no back woods cruise this year. That was a complete failure as people didnt follow the directions or the lead cars.....So highway only. Plus that way, people wont spend asmuch on gas and in this economy might be able to afford to dyno with us.

Just a thought.
