Sticker Choice for the TB/SS

The difference in the Silverado SS up there is the AWD.....of course it will be slower.......Also, What year HD150????? The Silverado's were 03's.....Dude how are you going to compare the 07/08/09 Models with a model they had half a decade ago........

I mean look at the Mustang from 03.....unless you went with the Cobra.....you had what the Mach with like 300 at the flywheel and then a GT with 225 at the fly.....

I could say those are crap. If you are gonna call a model crap dont compare cross years....compare same year and same class.....

BTW: didnt the HD150 have a blower???? pretty sad time if so.....

That last one beats the HD150????Yes it did.....Yes I know it had headers so that must have made the difference...........not 8 MPH and 1/2 a second......


The SS will hold its own against the Performance truck division......N/A to N/A that is......

the old HD150's are awesome and had a slightly tuned down version of the lightning 5.4. the new ones have the same crappy 5.4 that comes in a regular f150. the only thing that sets it apart are the accessories

I dont care if the Nissan would out perform any of them really. I would not buy a foreign truck to use as a truck......Crossover SUV is a different story. But SUV/ 1/2 ton class truck is always going to be a American vehicle.......

OK so they say......How many guys that run the 1/4 mile do you know that will correctly tell you what has been done to their ride????? Hell Emilio will barely ever open the hood and he hasnt got anything all that special under there to hide.... Do not believe everything you see on the net. I am pretty sure having driven the Titan that it took more than a tune to get those numbers.......The same goes for the Silverado. Plus alot of that comes down was a guy running his own truck while Junior was running his dads Titan ?????? Junior wont care if he does damage to it, while the hard working guy might not push it quite as hard because he has to get to work the next week. There are too many variables to compare these. How about you pull the quoted stock reviews on both from Edmunds or wherever and see what they say? That would be a good FAIR comparison between them. They are pretty impartial and have the same guy beating on the vehicles so it is a set standard of how hard they are pushing them......Just my .02
