WTF, this thread is pointless, but HOLY **** i just sat through a 48 second...yes i timed it 48 second revlee wistle. what the hell is that. how does the navy manage to annoy me so much on this boat. 48 seconds of some douchbag blowing on a whistle for no frickin reason, going up and down and up and down. **** THIS DAMN BOAT...

Hell I am Navy and I hate that ****!

When I was back on my first ship, we would always light off SONAR in the middle of the night to annoy the BM's who slept in the lowest berthing. They would cry about the noise all night and we would tell then to knock off the crap when they blow whistles and we would stop too......it worked for awhile usually.....

I agree with Yose though....hit port and relax a bit...

well, im restricted to the ship in our next port (my own fault) and it is going by fast. 1 month and change and i will be home. im excited as ****, but damn....between those and the stupid ass capt's "fire side chat" every night with his gay ass "bravo zulu's" (WTF) i can no longer take anything on this boat. i wish they would just let me wake up and go to work in peace

Now I am on the bridge and boats of the watch and blow the whistles for attention, all hands and strike them dayum bells for the time every 30 minutes and pass the word for all drills, casualties and people. i almost got court marshled for beating the crap out of a guy for peeing in my rack. i told the cmc if i was in my rack he would have been at the bottom of the ocean. call him lucky. and that is why i stayed a E5 for 3 years
