subframe connectors?

Windveil Blues

OLD FART
Beej, anything that stiffens the frame up helps keep the car on the ground. I remember when I added the driveshaft loop on my Cyclone, it stiffened it up so much that I had subframe connectors made for it... what a difference. However, unless you are going for wheelstanding launches on the track, or doing some SCCA shit, I'd shovel my money into more go-fast stuff first.

Just my 2 cents worth,

Jim

eventually i want to be able to pull the wheels up. i dont think it will be too hard. im saving for a 351. i think that should do it...come next year when i can afford it, but back to the question, is that a mod i can do, i know they can be bolted in, but should i make sure to get them welded too?

buy control arms FIRST! Wait till your running low 13's or high 12's before subframe connectors... they wont help that much in racing just keeps the car from twisting it self to pieces
