Whats in a name

HA a little Shakespear for you!! I dont know, I dont sit around and come up with names, but if something happens to fall in my lap, I try it on. There are a few oldies in the closet I can take out and dust off, but this is a big project for me and actually has some meaning so I am thinking I will name it something new it is only fitting to give it a completely new birth. Now BJ if they do put me in the firing squad in New York you can get the FOX lol.. I think I will be okay though guys. LOL!!!! There is no such thing too scary!!! You name it what ever comes to your head.

The FOX has a NAME!!!!!

That seems to be more like it. Now the answer to the name question. You guys got me thinking about my FOX project and I sat looking through some old magazines getting ideas for whats next on the car. I ran into some old Mike Murillo pics, and some old Carol Shelby pics, and some other stuff, then I pulled out some old photographs from back in the days, my friend Ricks Stang "Slayer" and how he took out the bracket at Houston Raceway park in it, actually one of the only times a FOX stang came in and not only beat everyone in the quarter mile, but had the jump in every race, and set the reaction time record. So I was thinking about bein back home and with my Uncle (my hero) and cousin and friends in Texas (shade tree mechanics), and how many great mustang influences came out of the LoneStar state. SO without wasting too much more time I decided to name my FOX....................."TEXAS LEGEND" I will try to incorporate a little bit of all the Texas influences in the car, from Shelby(cobras) to Texas Jam and Mike Murillo, and my uncle and cousin, and friend Rick "SLAYER" which by the way he is sending me some stuff from it. It brings a bit of home into the car and that is where I do my best work and where I will always be in heart is in Texas. I am sure Emilio can testify to the Mustang madness back home in Texas being from the same scene as I was there.

OK, if I see a big, honkin' ass set of bull horns bolted to the grille, I will personally come out there and give you an ass whoopin' LOL

NO horns no bull

HA HA. No horns, no bull logos or stickers, nothing like that. I actually have a great theme and idea going for it now. I have a direction and that was the hold up before. I actually have the money now too. So the transformation begins.
On a very very very sad note.
I sold the War Donkey!!!!
