it looks dropped to me
may have been dropped a little. but it might just be the angle. looks like mine only my rims aint that shiney and the calipers aint red, and some giant bag of douche discards snapped off my billet aluminum antenna. but other tha that it looks the same.
on second thought i would go ahead and say its safe to say that it has been dropped.

hey Ichiduo. Yeah its the same one. My wife just got back from there and they said that it was in the shop for something. I was pissed. I call there all the way from freaking Japan and have my wife go all the way to fresno to look at it and the dude said it will still be there and the freaking thing is in the shop. Man this is starting to become a pain in the ass. I wish that i was home. i would already have that damn thing in my garage!

yeah its deffinatley dropped. look at the rear tire. the top of it sits in the wheel well. And whoever painted the front caliper looks like he forgot to do the rear one or i just cant tell because if the shadow. but from that picture it looks like a clean car.

but i do see where your coming from. And the wife is getting pretty pissed about the whole thing.
you will fine the right one in due time be patient look at all the options
I would wait Chris... Thats just my .02 We can find you a Termy right away when you get home. If your wife gets this car for you and you get home, only to find that its a piece of **** then what.... Not trying to talk you out of it, I know how bad you want one. But I swear I can find you one w/ in 2 months of you getting home.
plus its better for you to see and feel/drive the car and hwat not
