Terminator?

I know this may sound like a silly question but why does everyone call the last generation cobra terminators? Is it just the 03 to 04 models or is every cobra called a terminator?

What happen was the 03-04 was going to be called Terminator except there were probably with copyright and they had to canx the whole idea. But, every owner still wanted it to be called Terminator and to this day they are still considered Terminators

and from what i read it says terminator inside the scoops on the side, and term on the mirror

i was told also because the guy who drew them up with the supercharger and all had his contract terminated after the cars were released form FORD i saw it in a Fast fords
