It is sad to say, but Hayward has become a slum. I don't even like going there and visit my old high school. It is so rundown now. There are so many chop shops being operated in garages and this car is most likely stolen. Auto theft is high there, now.

A month ago I was shopping for a car for my sister. I answered a C/L ad on a Maxima in Lake Elsinore. I received an email from a "soldier on deployment" who claimed the car was in Montana. He wanted to use a 3rd party company to "hold the funds" until I received the car, then and only then would he get paid.

looks like a duck, quacks like a duck.
