its simple 1/2 an hour if you where kneer ramona id help for free or you could come over here too. you may want to try hitting the heel of your palm on the tank and have someone in the car to watch the gauge to see if it moves?

when was the last time your tank was full?

if its been awhile it is possible the floater is stuck in which case all you need to do is a go fill your tank and the gs will re lubricate the floater and it will be fixed.

had that happen many other times in cars ive sold.

happens usually in cold weather

is the knob the plastic stock one or is it aftermarket

if its aftermarket you pull it out lke your turning on your lights and the screw is on the side the door is on.

if its stock the you should be able to pull it off there is no screw if it is the stock plastic

sorry should have said last night

i wrote it at 3 something in the moning lol

alright the only thing i was worried about when it came to pulling it off was wether or not it would stay on when i go to put it back on or if it would just keep coming back off after that

it will stay back on.

theres no poblems with it staying back on. its a tight fit and if you change t to aftermarket billet you screw the side to make it a tight fit.
