My son has a 1977 mustang 11 cobra it has a 302 and a 4 speed. I will be helping him make mod's an fix it up. The two major changes is we would like to put 17" wheels on it and have four wheel disc brakes. Also we are going to make a body kit for all four sides.
does anyone know the easiest way to get to the larger wheels and four wheel disc brakes? Is there another car that will enterchange with the mustang 11?

I would try the Ford Granada. They should have the break conversion you are looking for if not maybe a older linc. they had them all the way around I believe.

Thank you that sight is very helpfull. I'm really glad i found this forum because most of the people that are into mustangs, do not consider the mustang 11 a real mustang. they all say they were junk. I found that there is alot of ford chevy street rods from the 30's and 40's that used the frount suspension of the mustang 11. So at least they found somthing that seems to be good.
But it really does not matter what they don't like. My son loves it. I like it becuse i get to spend time with my 15 year old son doing somthing we both enjoy. Plus it keeps him out of trouble.
Again thanks for the help.
