All the New Software has been implemented and this is how it works.. Many of you have been religiously:) helping out Wicked Stangs Mustang Community and to show our appreciation. Hello gals and guys, I'm just coming back to the area for several months after being stationed in Virginia for the last 3.5 yrs (I was here for 8 yrs prior) and I'm looking for a place to hang out and here is where I was steered to by Shane361.

I have a Torch Red w/ IUP '04 Mach 1 with the normal bolt-on's, JLT, TB, intake spacer, LT's, X-pipe, weld in flows, 4:30's, and some suspension stuff.

I mostly do Auto-X but still have a lot of fun at the strip as well and hope to do some when I get a re-tune for the 91 gas out here.

On another note, I just got a citation on base because "My exhaust doesn't sound stock". I was then asked if I had a Flowmaster exhaust, so I said yes, which I do.

"Well I'm going to have to give you a citation because of base policy". Apparently you can't have any performance mods only stock. :wtf:

NAS North Island.

When I had the stock exhaust manifolds, catted X and the same Flowmaster mufflers I never had a problem. it was louder then than it is now (around idle and low RPM). I still have the stock rolled tips on my car for crying out loud.

They don't even look under the car. They will ask if you have anything done or just go by sound, if you do then you get a ticket.

Base ticket? I wipe my ass with them! There is no base policy against mod exhaust. If it is California smog legal.... Base police! almost as good as Mall Cops!
