Base ticket? I wipe my ass with them! There is no base policy against mod exhaust. If it is California smog legal.... Base police! almost as good as Mall Cops!

It would kind of suck to have to walk to work though but since I'm not CA legal I'm not going to push the issue and fight it.

They were pulling cars over left and right, you would have thought it was morning rush hour it was so backed up.

Man I am really starting to hate California. It seems like you cant even get pulled over anymore without popping your hood. They need to leave us alone....
