Time for a new tranny..

The tranny in my 99 gt is going. Im considering switching to a t56. Ive heard you need to upgrade your crossmember and get a shorter driveshaft to complete this swap. Does anyone know what exactly is needed to put a 6 speed in my car and where I can get the parts?

if I am not mistaken all you have to do to your crossmember is elongate the holes...

do you know anything about the shorter driveshaft? or about anything else i would have to do. I appreciate the info.

you would have to have your driveshaft shorten, I believe like 3/4 of an inch..

I got my PMP/3650 from Promotion Preformance.

Only downside is that they are in Florida.
