ok i have got a couple of ways i can go with this. i got 2 15" steel rims with some worn out M/T ET street radials. and i have 4 03 cobra stockers. do i get tires for the 15s or the 17s? i am leaning toward the 15s. the size on the 15s is 275 50 15, should i go for the same size or something different. different tire? any suggestions? anyone selling any. i just spent a few bucks on my car already so tires cant be too expensive. i foud some 275/50/15 KDW D/Rs for 135 apeice brand new. thats the best deal i could find.

Well, I just got couple of 15" rims from 02gt and looking into getting slicks. Are you getting tires just for the track or for both? If just for the track, go with the 15s and get some slicks.

Once again if they are on an extra set of rims that will be swapped out for track only purposes, why F*ck around? Get a 26" FULL slick for the 15's. If I were you I would take ethan up on the offer of the tires. You will get a good idea of where you are at if the tires hook. I loved the sound that ethan's tires would make on take off at Barona! They grabbed and crunched!

Once again I say use the 15's and GET A FULL SLICK!!!! If you are set on true street (which was boring as hell) at MvsWII then get et streets or hoosier quick time pros.

yes they will be swapped out at the track. Ethan yes if you could bring them that would be great. what kind are they?

The are Mickey Thomspson ET Drag Slicks, 26-10-15. I don't know whether they are L8 or M5 compound though.

either should be fine for my app. i almost bought the KDWs drs lastnight. i dont know if those would hold the little amount of torque i put out. i apprieciate you letting me borrow the mts.

Looks like stock control arms too right? You're going to have to get rid of them things! They flex like crazy. You could box the stockers if you're short on cash. I know a guy with a welder if you get some metal cut and bring the arms over you are more then welcome to use the welder. The bottle is hooked up now too, so the welds are alot nicer.
