Treasurer: The Treasurer shall have custody of, and be responsible for, all funds and securities of
The Club. The Treasurer shall receive and give receipts for all payments to The Club, and deposit
all such payments in the name of The Club in such bank or other depository as the Officers may
designate. The Treasurer shall perform all duties incident to the office of Treasurer. The term of
this office shall be (1) year.
The Treasurer shall receive one (1) vote at board meetings.
